SYDNEY, Jan. 5 (PNA/AsiaNet) — HIGHEST LOUNGE… DUBAI: The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai, the flagship property of The Address Hotels + Resorts and the newest hotel brand in the international luxury hospitality scene, has opened Neos, the highest lounge in Dubai city.

The deal was for 37,33,333 shares with a face value of Rs10 each. However, the total value of the deal is not known. (India Infoline)

The State Bank of India (SBI) has bought 19.7% stake in Orissa-based Mayfair Hotels and Resorts (MHRL) through a private equity (PE) deal. The deal was for 37,33,333 shares with a face value of Rs10 each. However, the total value of the deal is not known.
